If it is felt that your child requires medical support beyond the scope of sleep consultancy, services may be declined or paused and, where appropriate, a full refund will be issued.
7. Communication and Support Hours
Support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm.
Messages will always be responded to within a reasonable timeframe, though response times may occasionally be affected by:
personal circumstances

Weekend and out-of-hours contact may be offered at The Lullaby Nurse’s discretion but cannot be guaranteed. Where availability is limited, you will always be informed in advance. Support is provided for the duration and format outlined within your chosen package. Ongoing or additional support outside of this may be subject to additional fees.

A kind, respectful and collaborative relationship is at the heart of this work. The Lullaby Nurse reserves the right to withdraw services in rare and exceptional circumstances, including abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.
