60-Minute Consultation -This is where we get to the root of it. Together we'll identify exactly what's driving the sleep problem and map out a clear, realistic plan to solve it so you leave the call with a clear plan of action to reach your goal.
Personalised Sleep Plan -Your child's plan is built entirely around their age, temperament and needs, and sent to you so you always have something clear and tangible to come back to.
2 Weeks Unlimited WhatsApp Support- If real life doesn't always go to plan. Having me in your corner during those first two weeks makes all the difference, so you're never left second-guessing yourself .
The result? Transformational sleep for your little one resulting in a well rested family giving you calmer days and more predictable nights.
The Newborn Package- £64
Suitable for expectant parents to 12 weeks post birth.
If you're expecting and quietly worrying about what sleep might look like, or you're already in the newborn trenches and running on empty, you're in the right place. This package gives you the tools, the knowledge and the support to feel calm and confident, right from day one.
